[Alcyone was pleased. Somehow - she couldn't explain it really - she had found an ally. It was a blur to her mostly. She remembered talking to the woman for a long time.
Chell...
Her name was Chell. She reminded Alcyone of Autozam, even though she was sure that Chell wasn't from there. Then she remembered going back to the house she'd taken over, turning on every light, and then going to sleep. She'd woken up with a bit of a headache, but now that she was sitting outside and had gotten some air, she felt better.
Her lack of control over her situation still bothered her, but at least now, she had someone who could help her. Chell likely understood more about this sort of world than Alcyone ever could. And she would need that.
But for now, the weather was nice, and things were quiet. No word form this "Lady Eureka", and with the lack of monsters and natural disasters she was accustomed to when a pillar was in danger, she found no immediate threat. So for now, she would relax.]
