[She doesn't see what's so fascinating about them. Plenty of her kind with cat genetics have it manifest in ears. She hasn't quite adjusted to the fact that most people don't have beastmen where they come from.]

It's... common among those with my genetics. My daughter inherited them form me. My husband doesn't.. Possibly because his genetics are mixed.

Ah.. Well... You see, I'm not human.

It's obvious, isn't it? There are a lot like me where I come from, but we're not all cats... We're like humans, but not. Some look it more than others. I'm evenly split between cat and human, but my husband is cat, human, and shark.

I don't really know a whole lot of the technical aspects. I'm not the science type. It's just the way we are.
