[He lunges forward and wraps his arms around the woman's waist and buries his face, making his words sound muffled but someone understandable.]

[Oh god that was a little too much like Ganju for her. You are being way too much like her little brother, and she is trying not to lose it. She wraps her arm around him and hugs him tightly.]

[She doesn't know what else to say. She feels bad about putting this all on him, but he is right. She was always taught not to go it alone.]

[He knew that, as someone who had a sibling of his own, just how much Kukaku probably needed her brothers right now, but seeing as she couldn't, he wanted to do all he could to keep her somewhat happy. And standing by doing nothing, was something he would not do.

When he steps back, he looks up and smiles.]

Flustered, he tried to think of something to say to make it sound less awkward.]

[Kukaku looks down at him, then pulls him back into a hug and starts laughing. That completely broke the tension and seriousness of the conversation and really that was exactly what she needed.]

[She was thanking him?? Well, at least she was in a good mood! Just go along with it~]

O-oh...uh...y-your welcome. [He looks up at her sheepishly] Are you okay?

Yeah... I'm okay.

[She grins and shrugs.]

I'm a Shiba. We don't stay down long.

[He giggled.]

Its good to hear that. HEY BABE!

[That gets another laugh out of her, because as many times as she HAS heard that, it still sounds really weird coming from him.]

[~~Don't laugh, he totally is gonna die over that!~~ Bad Fletcher! Why are you saying such things to your big sister?!]

Ah! I'm s-sorry, I didn't mean to say that!

[She shakes her head and musses his hair.]

It's okay... That's at least one I've heard before.

Yeah.. Not since Yoruichi and Kisuke took off. Kisuke would call the three of us "babe" and then Soi Fon would punch him for it and Yoruichi and I would laugh and he'd whine about us being cruel even though he knew it's what would happen.

It was just sort of the way our game was played.
