[When he comes to, it's on the beach. It's unfamiliar, and he looks displeased. However, the way his expression does not change the more he examines his surroundings seems to hint that this is perhaps the normal expression. The best way to read this man is his eyes; a dark grayish blue color, which shows more surprise and confusion than his face will.

Instead of reaching out to the other people here, he ignores that for the time being and starts exploring the world he'd been brought to. But even if he didn't reach out to them, it was only a matter of time until he would find the other people here. He doesn't need to make the effort. Byakuya is certain of it. And in the meantime he needs to see what he can learn.]

[He won't be exploring long before he comes across a familiar face. Rukia, walking the paths in the forest and exploring herself. Still, when she sees her Nii-sama, she has to stop and stare for a few moments, blinking as though frightened that this is a mirage. That Lady Eureka - she was up to all sorts of tricks, wasn't she?

Still, a mirage wouldn't have his reiatsu .. and wouldn't look so very calm at the entire idea of being in this strange place.]

[He thought it would be longer, but... it's Rukia. He is both concerned and also somewhat happy. It's a conflicting feeling. Better if she wasn't, but at least if she was, she was here with him now.]

[He may not know her by sighs, but the unnatural cold and the reiatsu identical to Rukia's should be enough to give away her identity to him. She looks around, as if expecting someone else to appear as well.]

[Since Rukia and Ulquiorria come from either side of the last thing she remembers, she is trying to get a good mental timeline together. Thankfully she's not as hesitant about questions as he is.]

[That indicated that there was at least one other familiar person here if he was to believe her based on her words. But then... if it only happened once in three occurrences, it seemed that she was the odd one out so to speak.]

I don't know the name. An arrancar? That would put it after when I arrived, since you were not there yet last I remember... Rukia, as she is here, is from before these events. Long before. She hasn't even rejoined the fight yet.

Bykauya-sama, if you know of the battle she and I fought there, please do not tell her. I have not yet, I am waiting for a good time. But please leave it to me.

[She's very serious about this. She respects you, even if she's still annoyed with you over a few things, but Rukia's well being, mental especially at the current moment, far outweighs that.]
