SHINING WORLD ; a panfandom tropical roleplay

[Laying in the sand, jut beyond reach of the waves, is a woman in black. Those who have met Rukia might recognize her outfit as being pretty much the same, save for a white band tied around one arm, securing a wooden badge on which was the kanji for "13" and a graphic depiction of a flower, along with a sword. Though to look closely at the sleeve it's secured to, just below where the band is tied, the sleeve seems to fall oddly around whatever is in it, not quite like it would an actual arm. Whatever's in there seems larger in diameter and oddly lumpy.

She groans, pushing herself up to sit with one arm, hacking up sea water before getting her balance and seeming stunned. She pats her chest before looking down at it. No hole, no blood, no sword through her body.

And she was in control. She could think for herself, move of her own volition. She tilted her head back, staring upward.]
